When you think better, you feel better.
When you feel better, you behave better.
When you behave better, you get better results in your life.
So, let me ask you:
Are you paying attention to the inner coach who's talking compassionately and inspiringly to you OR are you paying attention to the inner critic who's doubting and sabotaging you?
Unfortunately the odds are stacked against us humans. Our brain is prone to thinking negatively 70% more than positively. It's a real thing that researchers have coined "Negativity Bias".
All the more reason to learn mindset strategies to empower yourself.
In my current mastermind, my master coach had us list all of our doubtful thoughts that get in the way of achieving our goals.
WHOA. Huge awakening to see the things I'm thinking and believing about what I want to accomplish.
It's no wonder I'm having a hard time 🤯.
It really sucks...but it's also so PERFECT.
Why? Because - You cannot fix what you don't know is broken.
If you're setting big inspiring goals that excite you, BUT in the back of your mind you have little doubts floating around - guess what?
YOU WON'T ACCOMPLISH THEM.
AND if you're not aware of how these doubtful thoughts wreck havoc on your goal - you won't be able to change it.
Hanging on to the doubts simply does NOT SERVE YOU.
In that moment you get to choose:
Stop thinking them
Think something different that inspires you instead
Don't make it harder than it is.
