      Deciding how to feel on purpose

      Did you know that everyday you get to wake up and choose how you want to feel? I remember hearing this for the first time and thinking "wait - what?" Yes, you do and yes you can. So now I've made a game of it. I wake up and ask myself: "How do you want to feel today Patty?" I listen to hear 3 feelings that come to mind.       Do you go to the gym once and expect a toned buffed body? I highly doubt it. You know that committing to going all the time is what will get you that result.
