One of my absolute favorite movies is When Harry Met Sally. Not only because its a great love story about two people who really disliked each other, then end up friends and ultimately married – but because of the strong message in the last scene.

This is how I felt when I realized my journey of self development was not just a journey but my passion and my livelihood. I wanted to jump into it – like yesterday :))

There is nothing more that I’d love, than for you to jump into the next version of you filled with excitement, passion and relentless courage to make it happen.
..And YES it’s totally possible. Getting really clear on what you want without the negative chatter taking over, without the self defeating stories of why you can’t and with the encouragement and support that’s so helpful when you decide to make a change to follow your gut/core/heart – is possible.
