When you stop and take a look at your life, it will represent the result of everything you’ve ever thought about. So if you’ve gotten by living day to day over the years just trying to keep up with the demands of family, parenting working etc… I want to offer you to get intentional about the next chapter of you.
Set aside 20 minutes without any distractions, put your pen to paper and write!
Start with creating a vision of yourself 5 years from now. That’s right, it’s October of 2022.
Where are you?
Who are you with?
What does your environment look like?
What are you so very proud of?
Get as detailed as you can and notice the feelings you are having as you are writing.
Let your imagination go into the possibilities of your biggest dreams. There’s no rules to this exercise just write.
Every single idea, product, service . . . gosh everything – starts with a thought. And using the power of our mind to create our future is an amazing tool we have to live a life we love.
