I’m just going to ask you straight up – do you trust yourself?
One of the biggest reasons my clients don’t trust themselves is because they don’t stick to their word. And every time you don’t commit to the things you say you’re going to do, you loose a little bit of trust in yourself.
It starts with the simplest, smallest things like telling yourself your going to fold the massive pile of laundry…and then you don’t until you’re out of clean clothes.
Or when you say you’re going to clean out your inbox…and then you don’t until you’ve got 1000 emails slowing down your system.
Or how about when you say you’re going to stop eating white sugar…and then you cave when you see the the irresistible leftover double fudge brownies.
If you don’t commit to the small things how can you possibly commit to the really big things like finding your purpose, living your passion or chasing a dream???
So here’s what I’ve been doing to increase my own self trust –
Follow through and do what I said I was going to do. And do it now, not next week, or next month or next year.
I’m blown away.
One simple thing can make such a difference in how I feel about myself.
Thought I’d share that with you as you notice where you’re not doing what you say you want or need to do.
