Last week in my pop up Facebook group Intention Incubator: Step into the next decade regret free - I shared the importance of OWNING YOUR SUPER POWERS.

Below I've listed three categories that reside within you where all your personal power lies:

Your strengths - What are you really good at? What do you do that feels easy? Many times people overlook their strengths because it comes so naturally.

Your core values - What do you stand for and stand against? All of your decisions are made from what you value, knowing this will help you make decisions much quicker and allow you to stand in integrity.

Your desired feelings - How do you want to feel on a daily basis? Everything we do as humans stem from wanting to feel a certain way. You get to choose everyday what feelings you'd like to experience.
