You say things like...

"That'll never happen."

When you tell yourself those things you're sending messages to yourself to recoil, hold back and refrain.
When you recoil, hold back and refrain -
you have an even less chance of getting what you really want.
It disempowers you from taking action towards what your dreams and goals.
You hear it all the time - what you focus on grows.
