When Was The Last Time You Danced?

Danced with so much movement - you didn't care who was watching you?

One of my favorite things to do is move my body to music I love!

...Sadly I noticed I've stopped doing this. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I realized it when my adult son was visiting this weekend, he began to play some really great music...I started dancing and could not stop!

I felt euphoric - no negativity could enter my mind or body!

You may be wondering what this has to do with personal goals, working life or growing a business...

It has EVERYTHING to do with it.

When you change your physiology - you change your mood.

When you change your mood - you change how you feel.

When you change how you feel - you change what you do.

And changing what you do - changes your outcomes.

Not to mention the added positive health benefits like cognitive clarity, boost in self esteem and endorphins and fresh blood flow to your heart and lungs!
