      Are you still running around for last minute Christmas gifts? Me too.       Deciding how to feel on purpose

      Did you know that everyday you get to wake up and choose how you want to feel? I remember hearing this for the first time and thinking "wait - what?" Yes, you do and yes you can. So now I've made a game of it. I wake up and ask myself: "How do you want to feel today Patty?" I listen to hear 3 feelings that come to mind.
