Self Care Strategies to Boost Your Energy
Did you know that you are the average of the 5 people you surround yourself with?...Yup.
Did you know that everything has energy from people to projects to places to things?...100%.
As I began to learn more about energy and emotions, I started to experiment with my daily practices that resulted in elevated energy levels.
Below are strategies to help you practice ultimate self care that can have a major impact on how you think, feel and show up for your personal and professional life.
Limit or omit your time spent with people who are negative, see the glass 1/2 empty or shoot down your dreams. Surround yourself with people who lift you up, support your goals and speak about what's possible. This goes for your social media feed - don't be afraid to unfollow and unfriend!
Who would you like to spend more time with this week?
Clean up your work and home living spaces. Declutter your desk, clean up the piles of paper on your kitchen counter. Have extra copy paper and printer cartridges on hand. Put a favorite quote above your desk and light a candle for some nice aromatherapy while your Zooming. All of it matters!
Clean out your emails. Nothing is more taxing than seeing a giant number next to your inbox. Take 5 minutes each morning this week and unsubscribe or delete those messages overflowing out of your inbox. You'll feel lighter every time you see your email icon.
